Fees

Our standard rates are as follows:

Individual 55-minute Intake: $175

Individual 55-minute Session: $160

Couple/Family 55-minute Intake: $190

Couple/Family 55-minute Session: $175

Please inquire with Hilary or Jeff about discounts to active duty military members with families, FOCUS missionaries, consecrated religious, and others in similar vocations.

Insurance

We are considered out of network providers, and we can provide you with a receipt (“superbill”) at the end of each month that you can submit for insurance reimbursement.

Before beginning counseling, we recommended you contact your insurance provider and ask how much they reimburse for “out-of-network mental health services.”  It is the client’s responsibility to coordinate reimbursements with his or her insurance provider.

Canceling and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no fewer than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For Monday sessions, clients must cancel no fewer than 24 hours before the session on a Friday.

Appointments cancelled with fewer than a 24-hour notice, and which cannot be rescheduled the same week, will be charged the full contracted session rate using the credit card you have on file.

If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full contracted session rate.

Questions

How do I pay my bill?
We require clients to keep a credit card on file in our secure client portal. You may choose to have your card automatically billed after each session (AutoPay) or to pay at the time of your appointment. Payment is due at the start of the session.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, or HSA or FSA cards for those with Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts.

We accept cash and/or checks only from in-person clients only.
