About Us

Our Vision

Harmonia is a Greek word used throughout Scripture that signifies unity and concord both within oneself and in relationship with others.

The term communicates a sense of well-being, peace, and wholeness.  Our vision is to help our clients experience authentic harmonia through evidence-based practices and clinical excellence.

  • If we neglect or deny one part of this unity, we will experience a lack of harmony in ourselves and our relationships.

  • Our most profound joy and our deepest wounds occur in the context of relationships, and healing often comes from authentically loving relationships.

Even the most distressing relational wounds can be healed, and relationships restored.

  • Why am I here?
    What is my purpose?
How do I love others well?
    How do I understand suffering?

Our Mission

At Harmonia, we believe healing goes beyond managing clinical symptoms toward creating an integrated life of purpose, meaningful relationships, and interior peace.

Fundamentally, our mission and our work are grounded in a view of the human person which holds that the following are true:

Peace and healing often result from serious engagement with these most important foundations.
