About Us
Our Mission
At Harmonia, we believe healing goes beyond managing clinical symptoms toward creating an integrated life of purpose, meaningful relationships, and interior peace. Fundamentally, our mission and our work are grounded in a view of the human person which holds that the following are true:
We are created a unified whole, body and soul. If we neglect or deny one part of this unity, we will experience a lack of harmony in ourselves and our relationships.
We are made for meaningful, intimate connection with others. Our most profound joy and our deepest wounds occur in the context of relationships.
Even the most distressing relational wounds can be healed, and relationships restored.
Rooted in our emotional, spiritual and psychological complexity is the ability to engage the most consequential questions of our humanity: Why am I here? What is my purpose? How do I love others well? How do I understand suffering?
Peace and healing often result from serious engagement with these most important questions.
Our Vision
Harmonia is a Greek word used throughout Scripture that signifies unity and concord both within oneself and in relationship with others.
The term communicates a sense of well-being, peace, and wholeness. Our vision is to help our clients experience authentic harmonia through evidence-based practices and clinical excellence.

Our Approach
We believe true flourishing is achieved through a balance of inner harmony and authentic, meaningful relationships with family, friends, and God.
We use evidence-based therapy practices like:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Logotherapy to find and explore underlying meaning in the patterns that shape your experience, and to strengthen your most important relationships.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process and reduce the distress associated with traumatic experiences.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and change problematic thoughts and behaviors.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to identify, interpret, accept, and acknowledge your emotions to build interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and self-mastery.
Attachment theory and Self Psychology to understand relationship patterns, address unmet emotional needs, and promote a cohesive sense of self as lovable and good.
These methods are designed to support you on a path to a greater sense of agency, purpose, self-awareness, and healing.
Our name — Harmonia — reflects our collective purpose: helping you build a life that feels integrated and whole. A life lived in alignment with your most important values. A life of connectedness defined by emotional intimacy and a deep sense of belonging.
Therapy with us is not just about reducing unwanted symptoms. It’s about discovering the freedom to thrive.
