FEES

Our standard rates are as follows:

Individual Intake: $175 (55 minutes)

Individual session: $160 (55 minutes)

Couple/Family intake: $200 (55 minutes)

Couple/Family session: $175 (55 minutes)

How do I pay my bill? We require clients keep a credit card on file, in our secure client portal. You may choose to have your card automatically billed after each session (AutoPay) or to pay at the time of your appointment. Payment is due when services are rendered.

Accepted Payments: Credit card, debit card, or HSA or FSA cards for those with Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts.

Insurance

We are considered out of network providers and can provide you with a receipt (“superbill”) at the end of each month you can submit for insurance reimbursement.

Before beginning counseling, we recommended you contact your insurance provider and ask how much they reimburse for “out-of-network mental health services”.  It is the client’s responsibility to coordinate reimbursements with their insurance provider.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, and which cannot be rescheduled the same week, will be charged the full contracted session rate using the credit card you have on file.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full contracted session rate.
